- Submit proof of repair (such as a plumber’s invoice or receipt).
- Adjustments are based on documented repairs and typical usage patterns.

Pool Fill Credit
- Provide your fill date and pool capacity.
- Credit applies to wastewater charges for one fill per calendar year.

Sod Installation Credit
- Available for new sod or landscaping that requires temporary heavy watering.
- Submit your landscape installation receipt and watering schedule.
